Artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally reshapes the healthcare sector and offers transformational improvements in patient care, to improve operational efficiency, and to do medical research. This paper investigates the integration of AI with Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices in hospitals, emphasizing how this synergy can enhance sustainability and environmental performance. Through a comprehensive analysis of secondary data, including recent literature on AI and GHRM, the study explores the potential of AI to advance green practices within healthcare settings.
