The Adventures of Chip & Salsa is a series of books that follows two poodles (Chip & Salsa) on all of their adventures they have with their friends & family in the town of Woodstock, Vermont and other locations.The third book in the series (A Water Break at Gillingham's) has our adventurous poodles visiting F. H. Gillingham & Sons store, located in their hometown of Woodstock, Vermont. When they go inside, they happen to meet a mysterious cat named Ada. She suggests they take a stroll down to the river. When they arrive they meet several other friends (a cat named Kelly and two dogs named Betty & Miss Bowie). Eventually it is getting late and Ada must return back to her home at the store. Chip & Salsa help walk her home.
