SIEDEL is the Williamson Family Professor Emeritus of Business Administration and the Thurnau Professor Emeritus of Business Law at the University of Michigan. Professor Siedel was a Visiting Professor at Harvard University and Stanford University, a Visiting Scholar at Berkeley, and a Visiting Fellow at Cambridge University.
