Burnout remains a current and socially relevant issue, especially in the education sector, yet it is rarely openly discussed. It is often accompanied by feelings of shame and guilt, depending on the individual. Everyone has their own perception of what burnout is--but does this perception truly reflect reality? And if so, why does burnout seem to affect so many people unnoticed?The author aims to change this situation with her book and the approaches it offers for organizations, teams, leaders, consultants, as well as those affected and their families and friends.
