The relevance of this study is based on a better understanding of neuromuscular variables and changes in body composition after the application of a Strength Training program with children and adolescents. In addition, it is important for verifying the effects of strength training controlled by maturational factors, being one of the few studies to analyze changes in muscle quality in this population.
