Droughts may not be preventable, but their belongings can be escapable. Still behind utilizing all the available water assets, about 50% of our cultivable area will still depend on rains. Consequently, our farming scientists, document formulators and farmers should properly realize the extent of role. The rains are very irregular, unsure and irregularly disseminated. Therefore, the farming in these areas has become a kind of risk with the nature and very frequently the crops have to look climatic hazards.
