The results presented, in the elaboration of the previous protocols, it can be argued that in relation to the theory are to point out step by step how the mentioned events will be carried out, and that the more detailed the activities aimed at achieving these protocols are, the better, since it will prevent errors by omission or forgetfulness, by following a checklist of completed activities. Therefore, it is appropriate to continue writing protocols to cover other events of importance to the institution. It can be concluded that, in relation to the objectives outlined at the beginning of this work, the purpose of the present work is amply fulfilled, by facilitating the tasks for the follow-up of protocols in the realization of important events within the Faculty, specifically for the protocols of the Director's Report, Graduation Ceremony and Academic Week.
