In a kingdom where curses are traded like currency and even soup can kill you, one very unlucky thief named Corbin discovers he's been hexed with immortality. Sounds like a gift-until he realizes every time he dies, he wakes up hungrier, broker, and usually missing something important, like a toe. Determined to break the curse, Corbin falls in with Bella, a sharp-tongued witch stripped of her title, and Aldous, a knight so weighed down by guilt he apologizes to his enemies mid-battle.
