Faith is a tricky thing. One can work and push hard and get little, while another can get a world just by following a trail illuminated by faith. And it never stops operating, no matter if your journey started a millennium, or centuries, or merely twenty years ago. Faith never changes; it stays available for anyone keen to follow the path illuminated by it, as if proving once over and over again that personal input in life is required, but hardship is not. A leading officer of King's Army, a magic wielder forgotten by everyone and a young girl who just started her life journey, without even knowing yet what she wants from life. What do they have in common, and how can they be brought together? Not just for a short encounter, but to entwine their lives so closely that it wouldn't be easy to go their separate ways. When faith is in charge, such a task is easy to achieve. An ancient school run by magic, established by the First King, the creator of this world, proved to be a perfect place for such an encounter, where true love is born, and hearts can be prepared for new adventures that await. Can a legend be a human? Is magic open for everyone? Can any human become a legend? If so, what are the ways to reach it? Surely it cannot be just by brute force and mastery of the sword... Or could it? "....Riding on the unicorns, flying on the dragons, living the way you want to live... What a strange life it must be. He said anyone can become anything... What an idea. However, it didn't look real... but then again, WHY NOT?" I set a task for myself to write a fantasy book about love and adventure. Faith set a task for me to write a book about inner growth and self-discovery. I set a task for myself to write a fiction story that takes place in a distant, mysterious world, where people would be valued for who they are and what they can, instead of how much wealth they have or how much other people prize them, about strong and powerful people who don't change depending on the whims of others. Faith set a task for me to write a book about what steps one should be taking to bring this fantasy into reality and how to become such an extraordinary person yourself, to bring it into this world. So, to my own surprise, this book became a combination of both, written in two colours. Stories are usually written in black and faith, apparently, likes green shades of colour, so that's how I have left it in this book.
