This novel tells the story of Elsa, a loving daughter and caregiver, and her father Roger, a man with a difficult character but deeply attached to his family. Suffering from terminal lung cancer, Roger will spend his last months between his daughter's house and an end-of-life home, where he will die on June 16, 2023. It is a story of invisible courage, imperfect love, silent fatigue, bright memories, anger, forgiveness and goodbyes.
