Owen loves birthdays more than anything-cake, presents, balloons, and a whole day of being the star of the show. So when he spots a shooting star, he makes the biggest wish a kid could ever dream up: to have his birthday every single day. At first it seems like the perfect dream come true, but soon Owen finds out that too much of a good thing can get out of control in the silliest, messiest ways imaginable.
