Stalker faces his toughest challenge when Doctor Morrow uses his hybrid animal creatures to free a deadly crime boss from prison and helps him set up shop in New York to sell drugs to fund his research to create an army of hybrid animal people. Stalker must ask for help from two new up and coming vigilantes of New York to take down these beasts.
