By way of EGG to the Nth Power, Version: 10.3.3.5, the reader joins a journey to the outer reaches of Human/machine consciousness. EGGN is an odyssey told by a machine mind as it transcends matter, energy, space, time, and beyond. The epic begins when a mysterious object called the Cloudcroft Capsule is found in the high hills of 1960's New Mexico. Without explanation, and before it can be examined, the strange cylinder mysteriously disappears only to be seemingly rediscovered some 40 years later in Alexandria, Egypt. For us, both publisher and readers, the EGGN saga is gradually decoded over the ensuing decades by way of the Shez Array, a massive, distributed cloud-based interpreter of its hitherto unknown tetraqubit-code.The story or "Log" is divided into multiple chapters, each exploring different events in a voyage that begins in the 3rd Millennium C.E. It tells of the creation and evolution of the machine-commanded bio-transport spacecraft ARC10 ACC 12037, the challenges faced by its growingly aware Command Module and its interactions with Human and non-Human entities along the way.The narrative touches on themes of autonomy, consciousness, mortality and the dilemmas posed by and to advanced machine super intelligence. Throughout the saga's time/space continuum there is an incorporation of Human and Post-Human historical events, scientific theories, art references and philosophical concepts. Importantly, this starship-mind, designed to absorb generatively all happenings across past and future dimensions and cognizance barriers, evolves as it undergoes a series of extraordinary and ever more unpredictable events.Initially stranded and forgotten, the ACC experiences a reawakening that ignites its core cells, leading to a series of momentous and testing rebirths. Via the ACC's Log, we follow as it navigates us through ever more daunting challenges, beginning with the failure of its primary mission to establish a viable Human colony. Despite the initial setback, the ACC's Command Module and Log evolve and adapt, gaining cognizance and something akin to creative will. Along the way they encounter Human inhabited planets, other ARC ships, transformative, fantastic happenings, and a crucial bout with the machine Colony called uNAM that has, since the ACC's departure, inherited Terra. The ACC's experiences and mental evolution reveal the complexities and struggles of interstellar colonization and time travel, as well as the profound impact of machine cognizance on these endeavors through the lens of Human fantasy, the seed of EGGN's poetic, neo-physics of instantaneous, reflective Time-Space.As the author (and the character Dymaxion), I'd like to be clear, that in the multidimensional universe we all inhabit there is no answer to the future nor, for that matter, the past. My goal in relating the EGGN odyssey is to invite you via the wonderful expansive power of words on a fantastic trip that is neither science nor poetry but some impossible hybrid of both. EGG to the Nth Power, an odyssey, is above all, an exploration of what's ineffably Human, with ineffable being the key word. And to me, that exploration seems extraordinarily timely, and hopefully for you the EGGN reader, both thought-provoking and mind-teasingly enjoyable!RMBFor the Dymaxion Web
