Who Is There is a supplemental Song Story which can be used independently or in conjunction with the 'Wh' Learning Series. It is a delightful tale about a little boy who discovers an owl which can be sung or read. It can be used to encourage toddlers to produce the 'who' sound and for more advanced learners it becomes a humorous play on 'who' questions.
