The title of this book, "The Hurt Set Me Up For The Healing," was inspired by the Holy Spirit. Healing from different things that were sent to destroy us mentally, physically, and emotionally. Understanding that God's plan is greater than any plan we may devise for ourselves will help us surrender to it. The Hurt Set Me Up For The Healing has given me permission to be free, to seek God deeper, to forgive myself and others without holding myself and others hostage to a past that is long gone. By healing in our minds, we give our hearts permission to feel again, to appreciate the presence in the present moment, and to not take ourselves or others for granted. Understanding that it is only when we are fully surrendered to God Almighty can we experience perfect peace, perfect joy, and perfect love. God is the answer.
