When childhood friends Lila and Maren stumble upon an old Ouija board in Lila's attic, they think it's just another spooky game to pass a rainy evening. But what begins as innocent fun quickly spirals into something darker. After a strange session where the planchette moves on its own, accusations fly, and the board is discarded. The next morning, Maren's behavior changes-her laughter turns sharp, her eyes hollow, her words cruel. Desperate to save her friend, Lila seeks help from a mysterious Ouija witch who reveals that something ancient has crossed over. To end it, Maren must burn the board and close the portal herself. But when the flames die down, Lila discovers that some doors, once opened, never truly close.
