A proud Detroit native, Gregory Hopkins was raised on the city's west side and has always carried the grit, resilience, and brilliance of his hometown with him. A graduate of Wayne State University, Bethune-Cookman University, and Harvard, he holds degrees in both Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Beyond academics, he is a multi-published photographer and videographer whose creative eye has captured powerful stories and visuals.At the time of writing this book, Gregory Hopkins was incarcerated in Oakland County Jail-proof that even in confinement, the mind remains free and the spirit unbroken.
