This book was meant to stir up the imagination of our young ones who haven't quite learned to read but are able to comprehend. If I were you, I would start reading this book to my little ones in my most mystical voice, saying "once uopn a time, not so long ago..." Together you can look at the pages and create your own stories according to how you interpret the characters. Slowly but surely, you'll be able to turn over the book to them to read on their own, letting them repeat the meaning of the book in their little mystical voice. I feel sorry for the current and next generation, and how they've lost so much of their personal, social, and communicational skills. I feel totally confident that this book can and WILL rekindle those skills and give our kids who use this book an edge of sharpness with the kindness they've lost.
