On a dark stormy night in May 1922 Kathleen Leonard was born in a cottage in Mildenhall, Suffolk, England. Join her as she tells her grandchildren about the old days, earning to swim in the river with a car inner tube, making pretend houses on the heaths, washing clothes and watching the farm horses roll in the grass on their day off. Kath describes how she negotiated family life and celebrated the different seasons and tells us about the changes she and her family experienced.
