Gary Heidnik 'Brother Bishop', was an eccentric citizen of Philadelphia with a genius IQ, who became a millionaire in the stock market thanks to his mathematical skills; He invented his own religion and was ordained a bishop. But, he was also one of the most depraved serial killers and rapists in American history.He built and designed a torture chamber in the basement of his home in North Philadelphia. He dug up the basement, bought chains to restrain the women and bars for the windows.
