A young woman finds herself haunted by the personification of Death, causing her to spiral into a deep psychological crisis. Her friend, concerned for her well-being, introduces her to the ancient teachings of Patanjali and the practice of pranayama (yogic breathing). Through these spiritual and physical exercises, the protagonist gradually regains her mental stability and learns to confront her fears, ultimately finding peace and a new perspective on life and death.
