The Functional Food Center has successfully organized 32 international conferences since 2004, fostering the dissemination of scientific knowledge in the field of functional foods. This year, we proudly present the proceedings from our FFC's 32nd/33rd International Conferences, which comprised two significant events focused on the vital theme of functional foods and bioactive compounds. The FFC 32nd Satellite Conference took place on September 10-11, 2024, at the Armenian National Agrarian University in Yerevan, Armenia, and featured both in-person and virtual participation. The FFC 33rd International Conference was held from October 2-4, 2024, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in San Diego, CA, USA, also offering in-person and virtual experiences. While both conferences shared the title of the 32nd Conference, please note that the San Diego conference is officially recognized as our 33rd event. Conference Sessions 1.
