The mutants on Bain Island are the product of generations of inhuman and immoral genetic engineering and selective breeding. They are now a breed apart from their mutant kin of their ancestral realm, and in many ways. The task is daunting. The native mutants are young but battle hardened and distrustful of humans. Nor are they a people who believe in letting their defeated enemies off easy for their past crimes.
