Women have a million questions they ask when they are pregnant. They want to know why suddenly they are craving for soil, chalk and charcoal. They want to to know why they are vomiting. They want to know why they are having heartburn frequently. They want to know when they will feel the first kicks or heart beat of their unborn baby. Pregnancy is usually an exciting experience for women. It comes with a lot of anticipation and sometimes anxiety. It may also come with health disorders that if not prevented or attended to may pose a risk to both the mother and the unborn baby. Preventing and attending to these pregnancy associated health problems takes away anxiety and maximizes comfort through this experience. In my decade long practice of midwifery at both community and heath service delivery point in health facilities as a service provider, educator and mentor, I have interacted with pregnant women from different walks of life. In this course of interaction, I have discussed with these women their several experiences while offering practical advise and answers to some questions and concerns they bring forward. This books looks at the 100 commonest questions women ask and answers to help a pregnant woman maximise their comfort during pregnancy
