Our children go through many feelings and emotions as they navigate this thing called life. Youth experience the ups and downs of life just as we do. Not only do they deal with peer pressure, social media influence, and pressures of school, they deal with parent pressures also. These pressures create feelings that they may have a hard time navigating through at their age. Feelings and emotions are teaching mechanisms for their heart, mind, and soul. Talk with them about their feelings and emotions. Help them understand the ways, the whats, and the whys about them. Give them biblical examples of each feeling and how God instructs them through it. This book explains some of those feelings and gives pointers on how to navigate them through the Word of God. This book is dedicated to my grandchildren, taken from their life experiences as they navigate through growing up. It is so important to plant the seeds of self-confidence, high self-esteem, obedience, and self-belief in our youth and to continue to reinforce these seeds as they grow. This book is part of a series on real life lessons to encourage and inspire children to know who they are in Christ Jesus who loves them; to know that they were uniquely created by God and have everything they need to succeed within them; to teach them to activate their faith and to be confident in their own skin. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. Let your request be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Jesus Christ." Philippians, 4:6-7
